25 minutes in the drive thru is ridiculous.

1:00 and closed again. This place is the worst DD I've been to. I've been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks closed everyone except for drive thru. Poor ownership and management. Good thing Starbucks is nearby.

30 minutes for 7 cars in line, will not visit again

10am- there are 4 staff members working. Oven is out of order so we are only waiting on coffee and premade donuts. There are 4 other people waiting for the same order for about ten minutes. When my husband finally asked politely why it was taking so long the staff member replied "well I didn't take your order so don't give me attitude". She then points to the man who did take our order playing on his phone at the front of the store. The whole time we were here 1 of the 4 staff members were sitting at the front table on their phones. Won't ever come here again.

A worker helped my daughter bring order to the car. She went above and beyond her job.

9 months ago - good place. July 2020, don't even bother to stop. No "Hi or Hello". Rude. Asked for 2 frozen coffees. Response "The machine is still broke". Still? So we asked if there were any similar cold coffees (we don't drink cold coffees). Answer - "you mean like ice coffee?" in a rude tone. We got an Ice Cof MD MochaSwrl. We did NOT like it. When we paid, she (Alecie) handed us the drink & turned back to the front. Nothing. No "thanks", "have a nice day", "screw you", nothing. We WILL NOT STOP AGAIN.

About a year ago this location was good. They had cold brew coffee, made good sandwiches and made the drinks correctly. For the past 4 months it's been bad, never any cold brew, drink tastes different Everytime. How hard is it to make cold brew? They can't even make it past 11:30am without running out. The drinks taste different, the ingredients are simple and come out of pumps so you don't have to measure anything, so how can you mess it up? Will not return.

1221B Memorial Pkwy NWHuntsville, AL 35801 have been going there since about 2012 ever since then so many works and management have changed and has progressively gotten worse in who they higher and how they take care of customersI will no longer be going to this one. I went from starbuck to dunken because of the better prices and service but now no longer.

A dream of wonderful aromas and selection. Plenty of parking and exits. No waiting and good service. A place to visit and enjoy
