The great thing about this place is that they also sell ice cream. Not all locations sell ice cream. It's great to have an additional option to buy ice cream with my glazed donut. There's always at least 3 people working at a time. Therefore, the service is efficient and the orders come out correctly. However, they need to spend time cleaning the tables.

Terrible service! I ordered a matcha latte and she gave me a regular latte. When I told her it’s not what I ordered, she simply looked at me angrily and said: it’s totally different thing.

I love this Dunkin’!! Their sandwiches are out of this world and good service too.
