Service was poor. We had to wait an excessive amount of time for our food with no apologies.

Really bad service here. Our orders were messed up.

Asked for 3 caramel swirls one cream he literally gave me milk lol I was like is this one cream he said yes just try it our machine is messed up? Ew. Went in the trash don’t waste your money

Waiting. Like 10. Min no one serive me or ask me. I need Anything no one was on line it was empty I felt. Some can of way. I really want it coffee.

Out of all the Dunkin's I've gone to, this one has consistently gotten my order right each time (I order a lot of the same things and you'd be surprised how much other locations mess it up) they are always nice and friendly even when busy. Keep up the awesome work!

Shouldnt even bother keeping this store open honestly. Whenever I go they’re always closed early or just closed for no reason when it says that they’re open online. My boyfriend placed an online order for pick up through the drive through and there was a 30 minute wait line and then they forgot all of our donuts so we had to drive all the way back and wait another 30 minutes. Wish they would hire workers who are capable of doing one of the easiest jobs - coming from someone who also works fast food dealing with drinks
