I ordered online and when I went to pick it up I couldn't even get my donuts because they didn't even have enough and then they couldn't figure out how to refund me
Nothing like Dunkins in Boston, donuts seemed old, smaller, no muffins no human contact
Worst customer service ever. Rude staff and the district manager is beyond incompetent. They're always out of items. Needed to drive back because they forgot to put half my order in the bag. Their mistake. No big deal, it happens. But when I got back there they were playing games and rude. Never got my items or my money. It's just fast food, get a grip, asshats. Skip it and try a local business instead.
I can honestly say everything we ordered was absolutely disgusting. the bagel bites tasted like they had leftover bleach on them. My hazelnut coffee was so terrible, tasted like the cream was rotten. They were almost out of donuts and the ones we got were stale. They charged my card for more than the agreed amount and said I could get more bagel bites or a store credit but no refund. Won’t be back!!!
The people working there did not attend us waiting there to order food for 15min and then they did not want to make what we want i am a dunkin emplyoee i know the policy for making food. The worst and ridiculus place ever been to and this guyz are racist too. Help other person behind us and tc of them with special services.
Donuts are not that amazing. Now, some locations now have a wall and no access to really dealing with anyone. Also the locations have self-service without you again dealing with someone to help you which is made so they can be able to assist with getting your food to you faster but it seems like it takes them a lot longer just to do that now.
The only reason I go is for my grand sons birthday...NEVER again because they went cashless!
There was an old lady in this store. She was very rude, she did not give extra cup even if I offered to pay..
