The ultimate Fritter still evades capture as Every one I've tasted in the last Thirty Years seem to be Missing APPLES! This one is Missing Apples too, isn't that Why it's called an Apple Fritter? These places need to Make stuff Correctly! If you Make a Glaze Make it smooth not like Sanding my teeth because you didn't cook the sugar long enough. Filling a doughnut with enough so you get Filling end to end not just a Teaspoon in a Maple Bar or Jelly Doughnut. Even small family places have the recipe BUT oh let's skimp don't add as much and Open a can of Apple Pie Filling for the Fritters! Find a Real Doughnut shop let me know in the comments.

Just the sweetest staff! Of course the food is great but also the staff was so kind, my son lost his favorite headphones and had to hold his ears shut and they were just so nice to him! I got my food w no issues and I just appreciate their patience and kindness with my son!

Probably the worst experience at any Dunkin. The staff doesn't care about who's walking in or out, nobody greets you, they just keep your coffee on the counter for pick up. They keep chatting with each other inside the kitchen. Even if they are in the front area, there's no welcoming the customers. Quite an opposite experience to other coffee shops or other Dunkin locations. I don't recommend this place, it's unfortunately the only one on my way to work.

My hot coffee drinks are COLD. I can't taste any espresso in my latte. They used to be really on point with amazing customer service, but the last 3 times I have walked in they have messed up my coffee.

Horrible customer service. Sunday hours open at 5:00 am go to door worker said oh, were not open yet. Asked what time do you open and he said oh, 8:00..Employee upset yelling outside store about how management is treating her and not giving her any respect. No manager on site to talk to upset employee.
