Been going here since this placed opened back in my 7th-8th grade year. I'm currently, in my second year of college and have continued to go here at least 2-3 days a week. Staff have changed a lot overtime, but nothing that has changed my love for the place. My favorite thing to order is an iced caramel latte made with oat milk. I also love the blueberry donuts. Have nothing but good things to say about the staff there that has come and go, change is inevitable for people and even products. I have enjoyed every moment of meeting and getting to know the workers there, they have always made me feel welcomed.
The drinks are usually good but the food is very inconsistent. You might break your teeth trying to eat the bagel minis. My toddler son has repeatedly refused to eat them.
Came from Texas on vacation, this had to be some of the kindest people we ever met, got our food out fast and gave us some helpful advice!
Great staff. Caring and happy. Very uncommon these days.
I stopped in at 6am. Everything should be fresh. It wasn't at least day old products. I ordered everything bagles. Suppose to be warm. They was cold. Also ordered jelly munchkins hardly any jelly. They were also at least a day old.
This was the best Dunkin in Florida so far that I have visited. So when I’m here visiting I will come back everytime
Absolutely horrible. Been there several times in past and always out of favorite donuts. Tried again early today and made it in time I thought to buy my grandchildren’s favorite. Had 6 chocolate iced left. I ordered the six in the case and was told I couldn’t purchase all six because there would be none left. I explained I came early because this had happened to me in the past when none left. Still refused. I hope the six lady all day and rest assured I will never try again.
Whoever the manager supposedly was, was extremely rude not only did she deliberately ignore me but her coworker asked her a question and she ignored them as well if I remember correctly the name tag started with an A but this lady definitely shouldn't be in customer service care/work or should seriously be retrained.
