Just wanted a cup of almond milk. The cashier told me there’s no way to ring my up for this. I said I understood and was fine paying the price of another coffee, just for the almond milk. I was shut down and told they will not/cannot do that and that their GM will know because they watch this place like, “hawks.” She was super dismissive and seemed done with my question. I understood what she was saying but she continued to just be short. She also seemed very scared of her franchise owner.
I absolutely love this Dunkin! The staff has always been wonderful whether you are going through the drive thru or going inside. It is always clean and they make my drinks perfectly. I am always greeted with a smile and if I do a mobile order, my order is ALWAYS ready. The only dicey thing is the steep hill in the winter, but if the pavement is clear, you'll be fine.
Donuts are good, however, I gave the service 3 stars because they always try to slip in donuts you didn't order, if they are out of the ones you ordered, rather than just telling you.

I went in to pick up my online order like I’ve done a million times. I’m not sure if maybe the dark haired lady was having a bad day or something. I saw the order on the counter and said “good morning, is this order complete?” Because sometimes orders come in 2 bags. Instead of just saying yes or no to my very simple question, she glared at me and said “did you even read the receipt? If you’d read you’d get your answer.” And then walked away. But yeah, the order WASNT complete and I didn’t get one of the donuts I ordered….
