Está sucio,mal servicio,las donas estan tiesas como d varios días,nada es fresco ,creo q ni el café .

I went recently in the morning the ladies are all nice and the store was cleaned loved it and my Iced Matcha was amazing please if you live in Garland go to this store avoid going to the one in Rowlett

I would rate zero but there’s not an option. I ordered delivery through Grub Hub. I ordered several things and did not receive what I ordered. I ordered lemon cake but received banana bread with chocolate chips . I ordered a red velvet cupcake but received a plain cake donut. I ordered a variety of donut holes but received glazed. I ordered an apple fritter but it had no apple in it. So I called the next day and spoke with manager Areli who told me to contact Grub Hub. I asked for her district manager and she told me she didn’t know who that was (lie.) I have used Grub Hub for years and if there was a problem the restaurant always took ownership of the problem. I spent $38 and it was a rip off.

My experience at this location is always good. My drink some food come out the way I order it. Customer service for the morning Crew is great. Always friendly.

Love them donuts

Donuts are excellent but coffee is not good. We ate in and felt claustrophobic. Place is tiny and sitting in the crowded establishment makes you feel uncomfortable and in everybody's way. They only have a few tables so people have to wait to get a flimsy table with matching flimsy chairs. Donuts are not cheap and atmosphere ruins the experience. Parking: Congested and hard to part in small parking lot.

Best way to get food is by using the Dunkin app. When they are very busy, service is very slow. The donuts taste good but are not always soft. You can tell they were not cooked that day.
