This is my favorite donut shop because it has my favorite flavor “Vanilla”.
People working in this store, they don’t give a xxxx of your present, I stand in front of the cashier counter for 10 minutes, hoping someone shall ask me (may I help you, or next customer) but no one give a xxxxx, I asked one of the employees whose behind the counter to help me order my drink, he’s said, I have to use stupid/useless mobile order station to order my drink. This place is dumb. Never will be back here again.
The Associates very helpful!
Coffee and donuts, if you mess that up then you shouldn’t be in business. It was all tasty and the coffee was hot. Workers were pleasant and I had no complaints.
Came with family at 5.30pm on Friday, closing time was 6pm. They closed lobby and told we can't eat inside when the entire store was empty. The reason they offered was that, there are understaffed and can't clean up again, so decided to close the entire thing 30 mins prior to closing time. Such a bad customer experience.
Do not DoorDash from here I got the wrong order every time !!!
I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts branch located 5255 Mowry Ave, Fremont, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by subpar customer service. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was unsatisfactory, raising concerns about hygiene standards, especially in a place that serves food and beverages. Additionally, I was disappointed by the rude behavior exhibited by the staff, including the use of profanity towards customers. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and does not align with the expected standards of a reputable brand like Dunkin' Donuts. It is crucial for the management to address these issues promptly, focusing on improving cleanliness and ensuring that employees adhere to professional conduct. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, with the expectation that necessary steps will be taken to rectify these shortcomings and uphold the brand's reputation.
