Since moving to Franklin I go to this Dunkin alll the time, recently had a baby so I stopped for awhile. Started up again yesterday and ordered what I always order, today I went through , before I even spoke whoever was working at 7 am asked me if I wanted my usual! I was very impressed because the line was pretty long and she was on it!
Had a perfectly pleasant time at this Dunkin' when we visited for a quick pit stop on our drive home from Michigan. This particular Dunkin' shares its space with a gas station, so my husband filled up the tank and used the restroom while I bopped over to get some caffeine. Can't comment on the drive-through since I ordered inside, but service was prompt and very friendly. I believe the barista/cashier's name was Devon. I asked her about the new white hazelnut bark iced coffee that caught my eye and wondered how sweet it was. She said if I liked sweet drinks I'd like this one. I DO like sweet drinks, so I ordered a medium! Devon's recommendation was a good one for me. Sweet and creamy and nutty. It began what's currently an ongoing obsession with the white hazelnut bark coffee even now that I'm back home. :) This Dunkin' isn't quite as decked out as say a standalone version, but no particular complaints. Thanks for the great recommendation and the friendly, speedy service!
What can I say, it's dunkin'! It was of course great!
Slowest place EVER!! be prepared to wait for at least 30-45 mins. They take. Make, cash out etc 1 order at a time and will not take another until that car has been taken care of and left.
The most terrible Dunkin I’ve ever been. Coffee taste so gross.
Last time they gave me a raw maple bacon snack. This time cold stuffed bagel minis. Yet another reason Ohio is the worst.
