Bad operations. 4 people in drive thru, 1 up front

I went this morning to treat myself to breakfast. The coffee tasted burnt and had a bit of a food taste to it. Maybe it was whatever they cleaned the machine with. I got a sandwich and the croissant was burnt! Thanks for NOTHING!

I usually never come to Dunkin because their service has always been trash. Today I decided to go because Starbucks line was too long. I ordered through drive through, the employee told me to come inside and grab my food for some reason. I’m 8 months pregnant there was no parking near by. I finally found one and when I went in no one knew what my order was or why I was there. I told her I had paid for a wrap. She threw my food at me and simply said “thank you” no apology for the wait or the confusion of the order. Do better WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I stopped in close to closing time. There were just a few donuts left, but they tasted fresh. The servers were pretty anxious to go, and I didn't feel comfortable ordering a drink. I'll go again on a morning when they're at their best.

This location needs to work on their customer service skills.

By far the worst customer service. Picked up $30 worth of food. For it to be all wrong. They made me drive back to give back all the food and give me a refund since I paid cash.

I ordered a toasted whit chocolate Chai latte and for it to be blended instead of on ice and the girl immediately said that can't happen. I said well if it can be on ice why can't you blend it and she it just can't. Highly disappointed drink wasn't even good and food item was mishandled.

Avoid the hashbrowns.
