Dunkin'

We ordered the plain glazed donut holes, but we're told they only had blueberry ones. All were hard and stale. Order a churro from the menu and the cashier asked what that is? Turns out it's a hard, stale cinnamon flavored crueller. At least the kolache was ok.

Wasted over $3 on a nasty coffee this morning, it was either old or burnt. Either way it was gross and I couldn’t choke it down. To top it off it was served to me by unfriendly staff. They can’t even greet customers when they walk in the door? I don’t get it, no one else was in there, not even a thank you (remember DD I have a choice where I spend my $ and I’m not obligated to spend it there, nor will I continue to do so if your quality of service doesn’t change) and the other order for the person I was with was wrong :(

Nope! Nope! And Nope! Won’t do this location again…the tater tots were absolutely disgusting, they tasted like they were freezer burnt and overly soggy. I’ve swung by this Golden Triangle store a few times and each time it’s bad. My recent visit has now become my last visit.

Morning crew is never friendly. They don’t greet you when you walk in and just ignore you until they are ready. They don’t smile or thank you. They are never crowded at the time we go in the morning but it still takes a unusually long time. When we go through the drive thru they almost always get our order wrong. Often forgetting the whipped cream and caramel, wrong amount of cream with the coffee even when a specific number of cream is asked for. The breakfast sandwiches are not very good, many times still on the cold side. The donuts and coffee are good but the service is pushing me towards not coming to this location anymore. I would NEVER recommend this location to someone.

Donut needs way more spread ontop, seems like this is a common theme at this location. Should not be hard to dip the top of a Donut into chocolate. Coffee also was missing cold foam and was not good.

No welcome words, very unkind manager... I have no mind to return to this store although I have more than $50 in my app. I will try to use a different branch of DD.

This place got some serious attitude issues. I’ve come to pick up Food twice: The first time there were about four employees. I didn’t know the guy was talking on his headset for the drive-through and when he goes “hi how can I help you?” I start to say “hi I am here t————“. I was cut off by him, holding up his index finger at me. It wasn’t until minutes later He came up and goes “you are picking up an order”? I was so appalled by his attitude. I walked out of there without even seeing thank you to him. I never do that. The second time I went to pick up an order there were about two girls, and one of them eye contact with me, but then looked back down at whatever she was doing. The lack of a friendly greeting is not what made me post this review. It was the man who held his finger up at me. This was a couple weeks ago.

Staff is good , order delivery is quick . Price is fair , taste is consistent. Canapé at Togo POS need to be bigger to protect water to come inside car . Always willing to serve and consistent thru out . Donut and side brunch items are good . Almost everything is good . Vegetarian options: Many

Staff had closed Atleast 10 minutes if not more before close. This is the location on Golden Triangle Boulevard in Keller TX. Love Dunkin but this location gave it a bad name. If you are running a business, make sure you abide by the times put on the front door.
