Dunkin'

Why does the manager of this location never assign any employee to work the front counter? If you are a walk-in customer, if you have ordered on the app and go inside to pick up, or if you are a delivery driver there to pick up an order, you have to wave down an employee who is working in a different section of the store and interrupt them when they are doing something else just to be helped at all, and they are not happy to be interrupted. If you just stand there and wait for someone to help you, you will be completely ignored.

Blueberry muffin and donut were great. Coffee and tea were wonderful. The two people working the counter seemed overwhelmed to have three customers in the store. They had trouble ringing up our purchase and then discovered they needed to make a fresh pot of coffee. I wondered if they had been trained adequately before being put in the store alone.

Always get my coffee right, always nice people , and would highly recommend the bagel bites. Very good and affordable price. Will definitely be switching to Dunkin donuts.

Order is always ready when I arrive which is rare at other locations so i'm super happy they have order ahead! Definitely recommend this location.

This Dunkin location knows how to make their drinks correctly. When you get a pumpkin iced coffee it actually tastes like pumpkin, not just plain coffee or grounds like other locations.
