Dunkin'

I was there at 9:34 this morning. I was told that there's ONLY 4 bagels because the staff hadn't made them, then they ONLY had a few donuts. I had ordered cream cheese at the same time and when asking if the cream cheese was in the bag she said no. I proceeded to say it was ordered. I had to pay separately. When getting to my job, the bagels and donuts looked like they were from yesterday... For the price of everything it's just ridiculous and for the face that the girl (staff) didn't care. I DON'T recommend going to that location. I should of went to Kroger and got fresh bagels and donuts. Thanks for nasty food. Also I tried to call to bring this to their attention and it went to voicemail.

Went into the dark store for donuts and found no lighting to see what kind of donuts there were. Ordered three donuts to go and the first was a powder filled choc. cream which hardly had any cream. The second two were sour cream that had to be at least 2 possibly 3 days old that were hard and stale, after the first one I broke second one in half, it was the same so I thru it away. Never will stop at that store ever.

Went through drive thru for 1 drink took 10 minutes to take my 1 drink order and 10 more to hand it to me, and the lady was rude and stated "there is only 2 of us here is your drink"! Handed it to me, and it was nasty!! I won't go back to this location, if your understaffed maybe close the store... Everything was awful and I work in customer service, I wouldn't have a job if I talked to people that way. I'd give no stars if I could.

Idk how this location stays in business. They are ALWAYS out of several items and the coffee isn't that great. I ordered an Americano (yes I know they come with water) and ordered it with oatmilk and it was literally just watered down garbage. The hashbrowns I got were soggy greasy and burnt. Do not recommend wasting your money. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Starbucks.

Receiving the correct order required repeating my order 3 times through the process. When I was finally handed the order through the window....the coffee size was incorrect. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence that leads me to buy elsewhere. For some reason, I still come back from time to time just to be reminded why I go elsewhere. If you have nerves of steel and endless patience this Dunkin is for you!

It was decent Burnt bagels. Incorrect orders. Staff corrected but weren't as friendly as other locations.

Service was slow and disorganized. Employees had no idea what was going on. Took forever to make our drinks, and when I did get my chai tea it was basically water.

The worst service at any Dunkin donuts in Fort wayne and the management does not care.

The wait time is ridiculous. Currently in the drive thru line for 18 minutes. ( 3 cars ahead of me). Sitting at the window listening to the employees say “ this place sucks” and “it’s too stressful “ Side note- the food is good but the service is ALWAYS SLOW
