Great place for take out coffee and breakfast sandwich

Another man took my food, and in about 5 minutes later he came back and apologized that he took it. We asked if they could remake it, but they never did. We gave them another 5 minutes to see if they would, but they were too busy gossiping about how that it was funny. As we left they said have a great day, as I threw away the food that the man brought back. It’s not okay to have a complete stranger take your food, and expect the other person to just accept what just happened. We should have had that order remade.

I don't care how bad my day starts out, Dunkin always makes it better! The ladies at this location are tip nitch! My order is always right and made perfectly and they are quick! Morning joy!

If I could give less than one star I would have. This was a disaster. On our way to Maimi we stopped here for coffee and breakfast. We pulled into the drive through was was told by LaLa to “give her a sec” so we waited. And waited and waited. After about 10 mins I told my wife to back the truck up and pull up again to remind her we were still there. We were told again “give me a sec.” 5 more mins past and we decided we were just going to go inside as we were on a time limit and needed to get back on the road. We walked inside and walked to the counter. Where we stood for another couple mins while the cashier waited for “LaLa”(as shown on her name tag) to get him a drawer as he had just gotten there. After we told him what we wanted to drink and eat “LaLa” decided to rudely yell across the restaurant “as soon as this lobby clear out I’m lockin them doors. I ain’t finna be running around like this”. Mind you that we were the only ones ordering and another person was sitting at a table drinking their coffee. We paid and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. Another 15 mins for our food and coffee. The food was good. But of course because it is pre packaged. But the coffee was the worst I’ve ever had from Dunkin. I go to Dunkin every morning and I have never experienced this before. It was not a welcoming feeling. I felt as though we were an inconvenience to “LaLa”. As a fort myers local and resident I will never return here. No matter how bad I want coffee.
