Dunkin'

The gentleman working up front (curly hair, tattoos, tall) was extremely patient and kind to me throughout my ordering process. I’ve never ordered inside of a dunkin and didn’t realize I had so many options and he gave me great recommendations and was very kind.

Excellent service. Friendly people. Good products. Sadly they don't all offer a senior discount.

Very rude man working in drive thru. Need to train employees how to talk to people. Will not be returning based on bad customer service from the man working in drive thru.

After a twenty minute wait, I never received neither my sandwich nor a refund. Had I not been charged for that one breakfast sandwich, this review would never have occurred. I initially asked for a fried chicken breakfast sandwich, but after being told that they were unavailable, opted for the sausage egg and cheese bagel, which is a great sandwich elsewhere within a few minutes. Being the only customer there, after ten minutes I asked for the status of my sandwich. The man at the counter laughed and told me that the smoke was a result of the bacon being burned. Sausage was the order, not bacon. I've done my share of partying and know when there should be some Phish or 311 playing, all good. Another ten minutes later, I told the man at the counter to cancel my order and refund it. He offered to cook it right then, but I told him that I had places to be, which was factually correct. As I walked out, he said "I don't care." We know, man. We know you don't care.

I asked for Swiss cheese ( which they do have because I heard someone else order it on their sandwich ) so I asked for it and the cashier said that was fine then 5 minutes later this guy ( heavier set ) says with an attitude “ we don’t have any Swiss cheese for you it’s only for the Swiss and ham sandwiches…. 1st of all I don’t appreciate the attitude and secondly you have Swiss you’re just trying to be difficult. It’s not hard to use another cheese. For the price of the food and can’t even pick out what cheese you want on your sandwich is crazy.
