Pésimo pedí un café frío con crema y azúcar y me dieron un café sin gota de azúcar pero lo peor es que me dieron un café de otro pedido que asco y en el estiker de afuera puso 4 de azúcar y 4 de crema
The drive thru employees have been pleasant each time I’ve come. They do a great job of making the grilled cheese and it’s big. The coffee is always good hot or cold.
The food and bakery products here are generally good and my order is usually accurate. However, today, the coffee I ordered had what smelled like spoiled milk, and it did not seem safe for consumption. In addition, I had used the mobile app to order it, and I had to open a whole case through their online system just to get a 5 dollar refund for a coffee. It shouldn't be this complicated to get a refund or replacement for a beverage.

I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, repeated it twice and they still got my order WRONG! The worst part about it, is they don't show what you order on the screen or repeat the order back to you for corrections to be made.
Have gone here several times. Depending on time, the wait can be severe. This location seems typically understaffed for the early morning rush hours. I've never had an issue with my order, but it's usually very basic drink + maybe a donut. This location actually makes latte's better than others, imo. Attitude of employee's can be hit or miss. Some will remind you that there's people out there living extremely miserable existences. On the other hand, other times the service/attitude is beyond over the top great!
