Dunkin'

DO NOT GO HERE . The owner of this facility does not take care of their employees. The a.c is not working constantly and they suffer through the heat while they work. Equipment like their latte machine is broken and often and at the current moment as I am typing the owner has not fixed the a.c. in 2 weeks. It's not healthy for the employees or the food products. DO NOT GO HERE and maybe the owners will start to get the point. Complaining to better business bureau on this place. Something needs to get done for the sake of the employees. I go here everyday and its breaking my heart to see them suffer in a 90 degree coffee shop/ work environment. Enough is enough!

Don’t waste your time here especially with workers spending time on their phone. Tall lady red hair tattoos looks like she’s been to prison four times . Wants to curse under her breathe because my kid asked why the other employee wasn’t helping. Mind you there was only one other customer in the store. Disgusting behavior and that’s why she will continue to work low end jobs

This is probably the worst service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin’ Donuts. It's 9/23/23 at 8:21 am, so management, please check who was working at this time in the drive-through, and they should be fired! The lady at the drive-through had a horrible attitude from the moment I pulled up. She handed me part of my order, and when I was still waiting for the rest, she asked with the nastiest attitude, 'What are you waiting for?!' I told her I was still missing my stuffed bagels, and again with an attitude, she grabbed the bag and handed it to me as if I was bothering her. I had also mentioned that I needed straws, which were still not given to me. When I said I still needed straws, she was clearly annoyed by having to do her job and slammed the glass door while I was wishing her to have a nice day because I’m just that nice of a person. This person should not be working with people. Absolutely horrible treatment. This is definitely not how I want to start my morning.
