Dunkin'

I came in early with a friend to study and it was a wonderful environment they greeted me as I walked through the door and got order out super fast!

Ordered a drink and waited 10 minutes while four people walked around. After I left a three dollar tip for a dollar drink.

Only use cash or the Dunkin App for mobile orders!!!!! I used my debit card in the drive thru and a few hours later I got a notification from my bank that it had been used twice in a city two hours away for over $100! This was the only location that I visited that's not the norm for me.

went to this Dunkin everyday for 2 months while in school. I recieved exceptional customer service every time, along with the BEST coffee every morning. One male employee specifically put a smile on my face daily making me continue to go back!!

Service is great

Worse customer service in town . There's a guy who works the early morning shift sometimes at 5 am and has the worst attitude. Every time I try to order hot chocolate he either says they're out of it or the hot chocolate machine isn't working. Well, I called later that day and asked if it was broken and they told me even if it is they can make it by hand but he don't like to do it. Then said he is a friend of the owner and the owner is aware of his attitude and lack of customer service but don't do anything about it. Dude is it that hard to mix up some hot chocolate. The owner needs to adjust this guys attitude or fire him . If you hate your job find something else to do , being friends with the owner doesn't entitle you to be lazy or unpleasant. If you were truly his friend you would try to make his business look good not bad.

I'm convinced that literacy isn't a requirement to work here. Over the last 2 years, today was my 10th visit. I kept hoping they'd come back to life but DD is dead to me now. This is the 2nd location that doesn't seem to understand the difference between a wrap and a croissant and that not all people like whipped cream. At least at the dunkin closer to home they are so very friendly when they hand me my incorrect order. The guy working at this location though couldn't have been less friendly if he tried. Maybe they're better later in the day but 10/10 do not recommend starting your day with dd unless you're looking for disappointment.
