Dunkin'

I detailed my disappointing experience with the night shift employees, emphasizing their rude and disrespectful behavior. Despite multiple attempts to address their attitude, it was evident that they had no intention of improving. As a loyal customer, I urged management to take action and consider laying off these employees who clearly did not deserve to be paid for their unacceptable behavior.

Its ok. Went there for a birthday cake ordered before, they yelled saying there were no birthday cakes, I showed them the order, they then brought a cake out, and I asked if I could make sure it's the right cake. they yelled at me once again saying it is the right cake and not to check it, when I did check it it was the wrong cake. Eventually got the right one one but it took way to long.

I am usually a big fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, but my recent visit was deeply disappointing. The main issue was with the milk in my drink, which was clearly expired. Not only did it have a sour taste, but it also negatively affected the overall flavor of my beverage. This is not something I would expect from a well-known chain like Dunkin’ Donuts. I hope this was an isolated incident, but it has definitely made me reconsider returning anytime soon. I suggest Dunkin’ Donuts pay closer attention to the freshness of their ingredients to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers.

I scanned my app for $2/m coffee and was told that I “used the coupon already” even though it doesn’t expire until 2/29. I paid $5.10 for a $5.06 drink and never got change. Just the receipt that says I paid exact change when I didn’t. So, you know, theft. Avoid this Dunkin, drive the extra 10 min to the Skokie one.

This visit was disappointing. The store was understaffed and the lack of training that the person working the inside counter made the visit far less than stellar. Next time I drive thru rather than going inside.
