Dunkin'

I love the owners & Christina is Awesome!!Very clean too!!! My only issue is when they scan my reward app thru the Drive-Thru, it rarely goes through to give me my points & I have to email the company my receipt & tell them, so I get my points. This happens often. Also, they always forget my carmel in my coffee. I get it the same way everyday but it always tastes different depending on who makes it. That's frustrating. (The owners & Christina always make it perfect. It may just be new people & needed better training.) Love this location Parking: Parking is terrible. It's hard to get out when you've parked your car and you're actually walking in to get your order. The way the drive-thru is it takes up all the space around the store and it's just hard to get through with any other cars. Then people try to come in from the side by the side street and they go straight into the drive-thru from there so they blocked that entrance and exit and that's the worst!! Thank you for asking about this because I've really been wanting to voice my opinion on the parking lot!! (Same complaint with this issue, there has been no change since my last post here)

This store is last and final they are so rude they yell at the customer always they better learn customers service lol!

The manager at this location is sooo annoying!!! All the way down to her voice! I recorded a 5 min long video of her walking past me several times never asked me if I needed help or if I was waited on. A lady who was making food realized I had been standing there an extremely long time and she came over and took my order…. If your not a guy the manager knows, one of her friends, or “regulars” good luck being waited on!

They were extremely rude to me on my birthday. I just wanted to get my free drink and didn’t know how to redeem it. They were no help at all. I’ve gone to other Dunkin’s on my birthday and was greeted with kindness and they showed me how at the time. This dunkin just said “well I guess you don’t get it”

I do mobile pickup on the way to work. My order is always ready and done right upon arrival the staff are friendly and greet me everytime I walking regardless of how busy they are.

These guys need to learn good customer service. Also is the guy at the window got t-rex arms? He literally made me get out of my car to grab my stuff!
