Their coffee is good, and they have different varieties, which are cool. I just had coffee from the drive-through

Service is awesome / people are very friendly. Everything is wheelchair accessible, so that was nice. I based the food off of multiple visits. most of the time they get my order correct and it tastes good but there are times where they seriously mess it up and forget important ingredients.

Was there around 9am, almost no donuts available, it's a donut shop with no donuts! Go figure.

This place is DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY from the ceiling vents to the touch screens the tables chairs, Tv's, you name it. The young kid who spoke no English was rude and didn't give us what we wanted, and what we did get was stale. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

To anyone giving this place under 4 stars, please get a grip. I saw the bad reviews and went in with an open mind. There was construction going on which could be annoying to some but overall the young men working the front were so incredibly kind. People need to keep in mind that these are minimum wage workers that are most likely getting treated poorly by the public. The only issue I had is that they were out of the only donut I like, but the young man was quick to fix it and found something else I liked just as much. Kindness goes far! and I guarantee most of these workers would fix any issues with your order if you went up to them kindly and asked. Thanks to all the workers here that are probably putting up with things above their pay grade!!!
