Dunkin'

Got avocado toast, would have been better if the toast was actually toasted. Hashbrowns were good.

Today I added a chicken sandwich with no cheese and a coffee. I got home, took a bite, and I thought it was a piece of rubber that I bit into. Nastiest chicken croisant i ever had. I will never order anything but coffee.

Danielle is such a sweet girl, and I think this is probably the third best dunkin in the Edgewater/New Smyrna area, but they have a lot of work to do. Sierra for instance is entirely too authoritative when it comes to her employees discussing things with the customers. I just want to have a nice conversation with Danielle but that’s just not something this establishment offers. My order is usually not correct and when it is, it tastes like you forgot to add the coffee to my water, or is it ice to my coffee? Figure it out, Dunkin.

At this location, there was an hour wait in the drive thru for no apparent reason. The lady at the window tried to argue with me that a vanilla bean coolatta was made with cinnamon sugar and caramel in it (which is just not true at all) and I informed her that that's not true, but she argued that the girl who made it had been there for years... I used to work at Dunkin, so I know how to make a vanilla bean coolatta... And my child, who was going to drink the coolatta is allergic to cinammon. So, I had to have them remake it. Then, when they remade it, it had caramel in it, still... So, I had them remake it again since I just ordered a VANILLA coolatta... I spent an hour and a half waiting and arguing for mediocre fast food and I'm more angry at myself for actually enduring that instead of just leaving. Fix the drive thru and educate your staff, please.

this store needs some help

The worst customer service EVER! They don't care that there are customers at the counter,every customer has to wait so they can take care of the window. Last time there , they had 4 people on the window and we all had to wait at the counter. One time the employee told me I had to wait until she was done mopping the floor behind the counter. I will never walk into that place again
