if this is the dunkin next to the Jetblue bag claim, the man at the register was so nice and friendly, and everything came out quick. I felt so much better after a long flight

One of the workers just stood there picking food out of her teeth another one just stood there on her phone and another one couldn’t “get the system to work” and then just loudly announced as she walked away “no system go somewhere else” instead of trying one of the other cash terminals she just clicked away at the open one and kept saying “no system no system” but the girl picking her teeth while handling food is what really grossed me out

Waited 20 min. Never received half the order. Go to Starbucks next door. For better managed. Terrible representation of Dunkin

Manager is a piece of **** he is working like everything is on hurry, I had to order three times because of his hurrying he wasn’t listening to me well

Don't allow personal cups and force you to take a drink in a hazardous and toxic plastic lined paper cup. Bad for people. Bad for the planet.

I came for a hot chocolate because the terminal is so cold. The kid at the register ignored me until someone else saw me and asked if I wanted something, to which I said I wanted hot chocolate. I tried to ask for a donut as well but they completely ignored me. When I got the hot chocolate it was only about 80% full. Just terrible customer service.

Has to be the worse Dunkin’ ever. Knowing it’s in an airport they never open on time. They are rude and the management needs serious training! I would avoid and report your issues to Logan airport.

Multiple times I have been here for a early morning flight, walk down to this location infront of C24 that’s supposed to be open at 4:30, still closed at 4:45! Back to Starbucks I go.
