Dunkin'

I will never go back to this Dunkin. I placed an order and from start to finish it took nine minutes.(There is no one in front of me either.) I understand they are short on inventory as they supposedly hadn’t received a truck. They were out of oat milk, they were out of large cups so they had to split my large latte and 2 cups, and they were out of everything mini bagels. And those are just the sold out items that affected my order. The thing that did me over the most is that they took nine minutes to complete my order yet when I received my egg bites they were not heated up. In fact they were cold as if they had just been taken out of the fridge. They each had a giant hole in the middle like they both been stabbed. I decided to go in to speak to the manager and she gave me serious attitude and could not have been bothered by my concern. This business is operated so poorly, and I refuse to give my money to any Dunkin moving forward as this is a reflection of the franchise as a whole.

They run short of everything

I have been a regular of dunkin but this last visit has been drama from the drive thru personal. They made the coffee wrong and the day before my sandwich had a hair in it. I took it back intact and my recent backed me up but she told me that if I didn't like it then I don't have to come back. That would be fine with me but they are the only dunkin around.... The management is slacking

Do not apply to work here. Out of products constantly wether its food or items for the drinks, the employees are not trained properly, the management is not very good, food half of the time is frozen because the main oven is broken and has been for about 2 months. Overall its is not a well owned dunkin.

I should give no stars. They say that they are open at and they are not.

My 1st visit was not good. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and the cheese was not melted at all. I also got a glazed donut that was very old, not fresh. I will not go back.. Service was not good...Did not even get napkins as we left the drive thru. $16.00 wasted. I do not recommend going there at all.

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The food is undercooked from the freezer. Staff is underpaid and it shows. Out of eggs or something that you shouldn't be out of every time. The wife and I have given this franchise 4 chances and each time we have had to throw something away because it was inedible. Will never try again. Gross

Ordered my 2 doughnuts . 4.31 cost , was never able to get my doughnuts. I said no when asked if I needed receipt. Same person asked to see my receipt 10 min later to prove my order. No return of charge and no doughnuts. I just left , they did tell me to have a nice day

Absolutely ridiculous. I order 6 donuts and 0 were correct. I order a sausage egg and cheese on croissant and it was burnt to hell. Who in their right mind pulled that out of the oven and said meh let's serve it. Lazy SOB just take a second and remake it.
