I was just happy that the cappuccino machine was not "cleaning itself" again. Dunkin is a go-to but depends on the workers. You might get a different outcome.

I have never encountered such rude and dirty employees. Scratching their head, sticking their fingers in their ears and then grabbing the napkin with their germy hands and putting it inside the bag. Especially a guy who is mostly at the cash register saying "BABE" to everyone with his sarcasm when someone repeats an order or when we want to make sure that the order is ours, since there have been several times that they give us what they want. Sometimes it is hard to get the attention of someone on the inside counter, to waited on me. Also, they often run out of donuts, particularly Jelly (my favorite) at the end of the day (dinnertime).
