Gave me black coffee when I asked for almond milk!!! I even noticed it was very dark and said “is there milk in here?” She said “yes, almond milk”. Hire people that actually have some sense please.
The atmosphere And the service was not good. It just felt unwelcoming. A few weeks ago there was one man in there. I gave them five stars based on his professionalism. Todays crew wiped that away. The sandwich was good But the cappuccino Was horrible. They do need to retrain the staff.
I just left Dunkin not 5 minutes ago and my experience was horrible. The one by the medical center. The young lady working drive through was very rude. She acted annoyed that I asked for napkins which she should have given me anyway being that coffee was running down the cup. I suggest more training in people skills.
Absolutely rude staff.How is it there the only Dunkin that consistently serves me fozen coffees that are solid white (No coffee in them).This has happened on diff occasions with diff employees. This last time after pointing this out I received a hateful attitude. This is the last thing a customer needs when there loved one is in the hospital in surgery just across the street.
