Get our orders wrong all the time. Overcharged us several times. The place is dirty and unkempt. I love DD, but will steer clear of this one.

False hours. Not Open. Just a broken phone

I get coffee and they literally put coffee grounds in my coffee. Unacceptable.

Really disappointing experience at this place, service was terrible and the staff was rude and they always mess up the order even after i repeated it twice. not recommended

Extremely slow personal . Don’t know English at all. Do not understand nothing, even simple things. Most of the time don’t have eggs.

Bad rating! Lazy people work. They do not care. No wipes - they won't add them to the dispenser. They will tear it away from their dispenser and drag it across the counter. Like a neighbor in the toilet, from the next stall he will share paper with you if you have run out. This is good. That at least they gave them to me. The guy behind the counter won't even think if you take 2 breakfasts that you can put them in two bags. He doesn’t see that I have not 3 hands, but 2, and he won’t offer himself a cardboard for two glasses of coffee. It's a shame that such work discredits a wonderful brand. Boston cream. They don't know what it is. They give me what is in the photo. There are no other options. I didn't go to the restroom. I think I had enough bad experiences.

Stopped in today and ordered a small hot coffee and a chocolate long john donut. I also had an issue with my previous order. Talked to the lady in drive-thru and was told that the buy a med/LG or XL drink and purchase a donut for $1 was only from 2-6pm. Nowhere on the promo material can you see that information. I was told at the window that they had no long johns and was offered a different donut, the coffee was barely lukewarm. I was told that it came out of the machine. She took it back and maybe heated it in a microwave for 15 seconds. Needless to say this was not their best.

Service was very slow.

This people should not be allowed to work there I tried to order a drink , and they said we don’t have ice cream
