Dunkin'

I am glad most said this is the WORST Dunkin' they have ever been to because I agree. The donuts always taste stale and the customer service is atrocious! Do not waste your time or money here! They run out of the brownie batter donut daily by 8:30 am. I asked them why they don't make more and was met with rude replies from the lady at the drive thru saying it is a specialty donut. This place doesn't seem to understand supply and demand. You can't advertise a monthly special and run out every day before 9 am. This place is a complete joke!

Quality has gone way downhill. The sprinkle donuts hardly have any sprinkles, the glazed ones hardly have any glaze and the donuts are always stale. And good luck finding the donut you want because they’re usually out of stock. We won’t be back unless the quality is back to where it was when they opened. Just save yourself the disappointment and go to Tim Hortons down the street.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The customer service is horrible every time I come in everyone is rude. They always make my coffee incorrectly and give me regular iced coffee when I order cold brew. I’ve had to come in multiple times to have them fix it and they still mess it up every time. I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again!

3 times this week, no filled donuts, one time no donuts at all and we come well before closing 2 times a day, 5 times a week. Very disappointing you can’t keep donuts stocked through the day.

I began to order food at the drive-through, and I was asked to come inside because my order was going to “slow down their drive-through times.” What a joke. I went next-door to sheetz.

Stopped through to grab a quick cold brew and a gift card for my step dad for Christmas. Was met by the skinny blonde guy with a terrible attitude problem? I stopped through for a coffee and a gift not an attitude. That wasn’t on the menu. All I got was a “didn’t go through” because my Apple Pay didn’t connect the first time as he snapped his hand away. Probably not a good face for a happy company! Love the coffee but I’ll be visiting a happier location!

Coffee was ok. Not very happy with the cold/old breakfast Sammie I was given.

The icecream had freezer burn on it.

Ordered two Maple Bacon croissants, got a single wrapper with two croissants and nothing in the middle, just bread. What?
