It was a disorganized mess inside the store at 11am. I did a mobile order with the only selection for pickup being drive thru… however my vehicle was unable to fit so I walked in. Customer service was so poor with only 1 employee giving a greeting while a front line employee restocked donuts with not even an acknowledgment to say “someone will be with shortly “. Upon informing drive thru of my order an employee made my order incorrectly and the cup was less than full… Do better!
Took entirely too long in drive through
The heat was not working. Poor employees were freezing. Temp 17. Was told that the reward was not valid. She did not try to scan it. After I paid, I asked her why, so next I will know. She apologized and said I could have used it. My 500 points have not yet been added back to my point balance.
The morning crew is the best when I come in the drive through they hear me and knows my order
