They have an employee that greets you at the speaker by saying "Thanks for running on Dunkin. Order when you're ready." in this silly sing-song voice. The 5 stars are for you. I mean come on, I had to wait in line, to get in line. There was traffic backed up onto the street and the rest of us trying to merge together from the parking lot side. Very busy and this young lady had the patience to deal with grumpy people who hadn't had coffee yet. She deserves a raise. Now that I think about it, give her her own franchise location.
My daughter and I had the best experience here. That is all because of the most amazing Dunkin employee I’ve ever met, Chantel (or Chantal not positive on spelling). She was so kind and friendly and helpful. I wish all restaurant workers were a little like her. We will definitely be back!!
Typical Dunkin food. The biggest problem I feel is the service. Every employee just seems to slow walk every order. When I go to fast food in the drive thru. I expect the food to take less than 4 minutes when I'm the only person in the drive thru but end up sitting there for about 7. I have been here several times and have been handed the wrong order about half the time and if you order donuts in the drive-thru they tend to forget about it. Just a little tip to managers to set a little higher standard for employees and maybe actually have a manager in store during the morning hours.
