Dunkin'

I ordered on line, donuts and coffees, donuts came with a side of receipt and booger's I took it back and Manager on duty was the one that served me, I got donuts and coffees and the receipt was on the donuts with booger's, I took it back and I told her why are they so damn Nasty putting booger's on the receipt and donuts, manager took the receipt and smear it she thought it would take it out the receipt still have smeared booger's with blood, I took my phone out and I showed her that I took pictures before I gave it to her, the Manager was very rude nasty person pictures included.

The sausage egg & cheese is my go to breakfast. Great service..

Slow service coffee cold

This used to be my favorite location near college until now THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A GUY NAME KEVIN - the kid was ready to fight look at me Like he was doing me a favorite - clearly careless actitid - I understand is getting hard to hire but this is the bottom of the barrel - the guy attitude is not made for a customer service environment

This Dunkin never gives me a straw for my iced coffee. And barely put cream cheese on my bagel.

My daughter and I visit this location daily, since last August. When we first started going the doughnuts were always fresh and the coffee was strong. The customer service was mediocre until I began being serviced by Silas. He made a great impact and knew my order before I could say it. I'm big on customer service, so this meant a lot to me. The manager Nicole is also great! She keeps the place running smoothly and always rectifies any errors with a smile. There is also a young lady that pleasantly sings like a Disney Princess while prepping orders in the morning. She does a great job, is very efficient and sweet! Lately, the coffee has been tasting like water. The Cold Brew tastes like watered down iced coffee. It's a hit or miss with the munchkins and glazed doughnuts. The best part of my visits is the gentleman with the orange beard that works the drive through. He's very kind, always speaks and smiles, even when it's raining. He makes up for Silas no longer being there. Please do better with the iced coffee and doughnuts. Also, it would be nice if the employees stop acting like I'm asking for one of their limbs when I place my order!!

I drive 17 minutes or so whenever possible to this Dunkin! It is not only convenient but the people are very nice! The food tastes fresh! when customer service is superb it makes you believe that everything is 10x better!

There's a guy named Kevin who works at this Dunkin, he is one of the sweetest people I've met, he always helps me when I order and if there's ever a mistake or something that's missing from my mobile order, he comes to talk to me and helps me out with the situation.
