I utilized the kiosk to place an order. Kiosk did not give me a receipt and management refused to give me my food, stating that they did not see my order in the system. After showing management the money was in fact withdrawn from my account they still gave me nothing. They told me to call my bank and Contest the charges lol… yall are wack for that. If it was any other establishment they would’ve insured that the customer satisfied. Starbucks would neverrrrrrrrrrr

I try my best to avoid this place and on frequent in extreme circumstances. There’s no love in the food or the service at DD. Like so many so called food place, the people are not happy , the food is not food and the manger is stressed. But somebody is making money so the misery continues. The one saving grace is the coffee!!!

On the recommendation of the staff I tried the seasonal This red velvet cake donut is covered in vanilla icing and cream cheese sprinkles amazing!! Honestly my new favorite donut. I hope it sticks around

I recently had a terrible experience at Donut Donuts, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. The customer service I received was abysmal, to say the least. The lady at the counter seemed to be in a perpetual state of irritation, especially when I couldn't remember the names of the food items I ordered from the kiosk. Instead of politely asking for my name, she demanded my number, which caught me off guard. To make matters worse, no receipt was printed for my order, leaving me without any proof of purchase. When I attempted to address this issue, she proceeded to yell at me for using the women's bathroom, assuming my gender in a manner that was both rude and unprofessional. The overall experience was highly unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against patronizing Donut Donuts if you value good customer service and basic courtesy. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and it left a sour taste in my mouth – not the experience one expects when visiting a supposedly customer-friendly establishment Coffee was good and food was fine

I want to take the time to write a positive review about the emoloyee Gabe who took our order and his phenomenal service. He was very friendly, polite, patient and professional, more than most places I've been to. Thank you, we will definitely come again!
