always a good experience

March 3, 2024 The service was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! The workers were amazing, one of a kind very very nice and respectful. Made me feel as if I was talking to my actual friends! Especially the girl that gave me my sandwich and the girl that gave me my donuts who looks like Jenna Ortega. I think they both had curly hair I think it was Amanda and Esmeralda I’m not sure I didn’t see their name tags very well. Anyways they did an amazing job, love this place definitely going again! #recommend #munchkin

The staff was so RUDEEE!!!!! All of them that worked Sunday, March 3rd at 10:00. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable on their menu items, when I went up to get my coffee, I ask the barista super nicely if this was mine (just to confirm because I would feel horrible taking someone else’s by mistake) she looked at me and just stared. Then I went up to get my sandwich and when I tell you it was literally CHUNCKED at me!!! I’m not even over exaggerating. It was crazy

February 28, 2024 I went in the evening around 5-6. Donuts were pretty good and service however when I asked the cashier if she could make my mango pineapple refresher with almond milk instead of green tea and she said they can’t do it that way anymore. However, I went again a few days later and asked again and they said yes. I feel lied to

February 1, 2024 I ordered a medium French vanilla iced coffee with creamer, no sugars and cold foam. I was charged $0.85 and they didn't even bother to add my cold foam.

Worst experience I ever had at this Store. First they didn’t have the pink velvet. Then I ordered 2 large iced coffees and a med iced coffee. I should have received 3 out of my 4 sausage croissants for $3 instead she charged me regular price. Then the person that was helping me was extremely rude, I asked for a manager and she replied, The manager wasn’t in and I’m the manager. ??? . I am very dissatisfied with her customer service. And they were also out of the large straws. So my large drink with a whip cream cover had to use a small straw, that kept falling in my cup.

This Dunking is located across Northwest Highway from the Medallion Shopping Center. There is no drive through, but the have plenty of staff in the mornings.

This is a scam $4 for a half cup coffee
