Dunkin'

The drive thru was unusually slow. After 15 min I got out of the line and walked inside. They now have a kiosk. The person in front of me could not get his order placed. a lady walked up and asked if we had been helped yet and we both said no. She came back to After Out help the person in front of me and nobody ever came back for me, after waiting several more minutes I walked out

Great and professional customer service

The male employee who helped me yesterday was extremely pleasant, efficient and listened well to my preferences for how I wanted my coffee. I wish I had got his name but if I lived in this area this would be my go to location.

The best Dunkin I have been to in Coral Springs. The woman working at the drive thru was friendly, fast, and efficient! She double checked the order before handing it over & repeated it back to make sure it was all correct.

Every morning I come to this location before work and it seems whenever I come this particular employee has an issue whenever I come. He ALWAYS has an attitude whenever I come. I don’t know his name but he has an Afro and wears glasses. He never greets and whenever i ask for a condiment it’s an issue.

They must have new ownership because the lines are longer, and it takes forever to get your food. I’ve been late for work twice this week because of their slow service

We oder food never got the sandwich we oder and after I ask for money back guys said no have wait tell tomorrow because there no manager,then guys lied lied about what happened had call on cops will never in my life go back to this Dunkin donuts again ever plus people that was working there all that it was joke . The carmeas in store don't lie and don't make up stuff like workers did .it's sad because we been coming to this Dunkin for yrs but want never come back there again .
