The food is good and what you would expect from a fast food place but not bad. The employees are very nice and always happy to see a customer. But I usually go in the morning. The atmosphere is great because the chances of you running into an angry lady that looks like she belongs on my 600lb life is low.

Some rude ladies in the drive thru And they tell you they put extra espresso that you pay for in your coffee and they never do Caution

It's a shame I can't give the 5 stars I'd like to but the old saying about 1 bad apple applies to the extremely rude young brunette whom occasionally works the window. Service with a smile is lost on this one. While all the others smile, engage in friendly conversation and start the day in a respectful way, this young lady casts a shadow on their efforts. Management needs to put her on custodial duty, far from the reach of customers.

I start every day at this location. Many times, my first contact with another person comes when arriving and this can set a pattern in my day. With that being said, I always look forward to seeing Jordan taking orders as this young man goes above and beyond. He knows me, my mom and my dog and, makes sure to have our order placed as we pull up. This is a sign of unlimited opportunity for Jordan. To the owners: make sure to recognize Jordan for the impact he makes on peoples day. Challenge him and watch his growth potential; it’s unlimited. And equally as important, pay him what he’s worth otherwise someone like me may come and offer him an opportunity he can’t and likely won’t resist. Thank you, Jordan, you’re amazing!

This location has a big problem with running their business correctly. Their stock or inventory of their food is desolate at best. They don't know how to figure out what they need for a day or a specific day. It's an ongoing problem there if you're thinking about swinging by here don't bother go somewhere where they actually know how to run their business.

My mom and I were at this Dunkin 15 minutes ago. We made our order and everything was fine but there wasn't the mini bagel we ordered. We have been calling the store for the past 10 minutes and nobody has answered us. Very bad service.

whatever his name is the tall blk dude. Is rude and always looks like he hates his job. Always rushing and doesn't ask if you want sugar or cream. Very careless and stupid.
