Dunkin'

One of the worst Dunkin's in America. Always out of everything but they'll still accept your order online. Good luck working with customer service to get a refund. Recommend going to any of the other 20 coffee shops nearby instead...don't waste your time with this trash location unless you love to be frustrated.

Breakfast is wonderful! Coffee is hit or miss if they read the orders right. Over all best coffee !

First and last time stopping at this place for a cup of coffee. I have never had coffee tasting this bad. I ordered a medium size and upon holding I could tell it was not full.

I visited this store today. I asked for fresh Hash browns they were cold was told they were okay and tried to send be on my way. I waited for fresh Hash browns and got them. I got home and Donuts were stale. Big language barrier with staff do not speak English. Received wrong donuts twice. I finally received fresh hash browns and 4 donuts. I asked for a chocolate donut not a iced chocolate donut and a Boston creme. When I asked person for correct order at drive thru she couldn't understand when I asked for a chocolate donut. I got 2 chocolate donuts and not my Boston creme order back. The person got my first order on the counter after I asked for it. She threw the bag at me and said here. WOW!!! I have held back with no comments and gave more chances before.

Went here the other day and ordered through the drive through and the girl rushed me so much it was so rude. There were no other cars in the line so it wasn’t necessary to rush me. After I received my food I realized they didn’t give me a receipt I sat and knocked on the window for five minutes then had to go in and yell for the employees. I believe they were stocking or something but they shouldn’t leave the front unattended when they have customers dinning in and people walking in for orders. Customers service these days has become so bad.

Didn't have the flavor we wanted. Seemed clean enough place

everytime i come to this location they always get my order wrong and i try to repeat it again just incase they didn't hear me but i always feel rushed like they don't care, today i ordered a butter pecan frozen coffee with some other things my order looked nothing like what i asked for n when i said i asked for a butter pecan they said it was discontinued. why couldn't they tell me that b4 i paid so i could order something else? i hate this dunkin i keep giving them chances n they keep playing with me

The employees I have interacted with at this location are not very good at communicating with customers, which has led to me getting the incorrect drink several times. Plus the iced coffee was way too sweet, and the drinks are generally overpriced for their quality. I am unlikely to return to dunkin' in the future, I can get better coffee for the same price elsewhere.
