No one was there when they were supposed to be open

So I recently went to get my usual French vanilla coffees for me, my co workers. The girl at the window with the bubble shoes on was so rude. I watched them sit my coffees to the side as my ice melted and made my coffee watery. Then the Hispanic manager did nothing to fix it. The manager attitude was even worse. I spent over 30$ including the burnt avocado bacon toast they gave us. I come here everyday and it’s a problem or someone plays in my food and coffees. I’m beginning to believe she doesn’t like African Americans. I will never waste my money or time here again. I will drive farther to go to another location from now on.

Order the same thing every time and never tastes the same. Ask for 5 pumps of Carmel and you can tell there isn’t any and when I pay for it. Inconsistent and the employees always look pissed and miserable. They don’t care how they make their coffee they just want it done and gone.

They put out a great product. The help was super nice
