Being in the restaurant business myself, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I’ve never done this before but the person at the window was so negative and rude that I just left! I will NEVER go there again and that was in fact my first time there!!!

If I could put 0 I would. Went today my coffee was filled up half way I asked for two packs of mini bagel bites only got one and they were frozen. 6 people walked out of the store because they were not being assisted. Asked for my other bagel bites no response so left. Horrible workers. Dietary restrictions: Asked for no milk got milk

First time at this Dunkin. Went inside. We were the only ones in the restaurant. It was at least 4 minutes until one of the 3 employees even acknowledged us. And it wasn't "good morning" or "welcome", it was "what do you want to order?" without even looking at us. And no "thank you" when they handed me my order. Hash browns bag wasn't even half full. Horrible, horrible customer service from all of them. They need to be retrained in making the customer feel welcomed. Sorry, we won't be back nor recommend.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with their customer service. The staff seemed disengaged and unresponsive to customers' needs. Despite the establishment not being too busy, the service was slow, and my order was not handled with the efficiency I expected. The lack of attentiveness and a sense of urgency from the employees left a lot to be desired. It's disheartening when a place known for its quick service falls short in delivering on that promise. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.
