Went through the drive-thru and Kim helped me out the food was perfect the drinks were perfect the service was perfect she is the best!

I came into the store ordered munchkins and a small hot coffee. I asked could i use the bathroom while she makes the coffee. I come out there’s no one in the restaurant no one in the drive though and everyone is standing around eating pizza staring at me like they don’t know what I’m waiting for??? So I asked where is the coffee and they were looking at each other like no one knew I was even there or had a coffee smh terrible customer service

Went through the drive thru. The ladies helping me were very friendly and polite. Coffee was hot, and my order was correct. Love DD!

They made me try to pay for a medium drink that was supposed to be free. Whoever runs this store is also going to run away Dunkin’ Donuts customers and the bagel I got was also stale. It was early in the morning so there’s no reason it should be hard and dry the way it was. The older white make (I believe is the manager ) needs to do better as well as Dunkin when it comes to how they run a franchise.
