Customer service awful! Went thru drive thru this morning. Our sandwiches were cold! My sausage, egg, cheese croissant was almost right out of frig temperature. Coffee, luke warm. Will not go back!!

Employees were very friendly and the cakes were beautiful!

I ordered through the app and went inside to pick up my order. They told me they were out of turkey sausage for the wake up wrap and can replace with egg and cheese, however I was not refunded for the price of the turkey ordered. I also ordered a medium coffee and it tasted like hot water and milk. I had to make my own coffee. The outside and inside of this facility needs a deep cleaning. Very disappointed to throw away money.
