Stopped to get a coffee before boarding. When I inserted my card, Sydney reached over the counter and pressed green-3-green on the keypad in the blink of an eye. She gave herself a tip without my authorization. She literally stole money. I demanded a refund and they told me they couldn't refund the tip on my card. The supervisor blamed the cashier, and the cashier said that's how the supervisor trained her to do it.
Ended up dumping my Black Iced Coffee down the toilet on the plane after the first sip. Worst tasting Dunkin' I have ever had. Waste of $4.

Phone number doesn't work, no sugar in coffee as requested and I even tipped because of asking for sugar in my coffee. This place needs new employees. Also, the phone number listed is not a working number.
Poor attitude. I’m not totally sure, but I believe some workers were being rude to a different needs person who was also working there.
