Like all fast food, you get what you pay for with rare exceptions but this is the US. High volume, low cost = low quality. Stilll great.
Very Lazy stuff every time I come in there.It's a mess and never get my coffee correct They don't put the lids on right.Your coffee is leaking all over the place
They put whipped cream in my cold brew and pretended like it was sweet cold foam and didn’t say a word lmao. Bruh
Asked for my coffee a certain way and it was completely wrong and my avocado toast I ordered was burnt to the point it was inedible. Normally never put a review but it's every time with this location. I will not be returning
I originally gave this location 2 star. I have now downed it to 1 star because this location couldn't be worse if the tried. I ordered a coffee and a pancake wrap. They messed my coffee up and gave me the wrong wrap. Not to mention the original reason I gave this place 2 stars being I sat at there drive thru window for about 5 min before they decided they wanted to even make my food. Then I find out the were wrong. Go to any other location than this one.
Guess general manager, or the manager or the owner does not care how customers feel at all. The employees need to be trained or fired. They are so lazy and they act so miserable. They throw the food in the bag, burnt bagels, carelessly organized And so rude. The behavior is unacceptable. Lots of people have negative experience from this location. They act like they are being forced to work there. Whoever is reading this, please do not go to this location or waste your money. Do not waste a penny at this location because they give you dirty and burned food nothing is fresh . The managers go through the reviews and they really don’t care. It’s all about money for them. They don’t care about the customer service. I will be having rest of my colleagues and friends. Leave a review here at least it could get to somebody in the management who really cares.
We ordered at 12:01pm and sat inside waiting for our order for 30 minutes. When we asked how much longer our food would take, the workers didn’t even remember taking our order even though there was only one other guest who ordered in that span of time. We had to write down by hand what we ordered for them to make it for us. They had no idea we were waiting on anything even though we were sitting right in front of them.
