Great service and kind people.
I stopped going here for the same reason, but came back today hoping things have improved. I can't believe it, same everything, the coffee is burnt, it is sitting too long on the warmers. Back to WaWas I guess even though it's an extra 5 minutes out of my way. The staff has to be better trained in coffee service. I constantly receive my coffee made the wrong way, they always fix it, but it is still an inconvenience. No issues with the food or donuts though. The people are nice, I just wish the coffee was better. Sorry.
By far the worse Dunkin Donuts store. I placed an order online for two flawors of dunuts holes and when I showed to pick them up, I decided to checked them out and and it was a single type when I enquired they said that they did not have the other flavor and the app doesn't know what do they have. If it wasn't because I checked they wouldn't even tell me and instead apologize they started blaming the app for it. The worse part is that to avoid a situation like this I tried to call them two days in a row and no one answered the phone. If I was you I will stay away from that store, for sure I never will do business with them.
Awesome place. Atmosphere would be a 5 once they get Burger King situated
I pulled up and one female employee was slumped over at the bar in the window. Possibly take a nap. Sat in my car on call, for 10 minutes. The other male employee ( with blue hair) was on his cell phone pacing back and forth. I finally entered the building, the young man. Called to the female, but she didn't respond. He said hold on I will call you back to his cell call. And proceeded to help me. I asked for a med.iced Carmel swirl and a donut. My coffee needed to be remade, it was more than half cream. Never had this experience at this location, makes me not want to return... Signed frustrated and loyal...
