Service could use some improvement. There were six workers behind the counter, and all were busy carrying out their tasks. However, customer service training should include the necessity of acknowledging the customers when they approach the counter, even just to say "Hello, will be with you in a moment." Most of the staff put effort into not making eye contact.

Cash only at the register. I had a big order but had to use the kiosk. I could visibly see the donuts we wanted but the kiosk didn't show them. I went to the counter to ask for a bathroom key like I'm in preschool needing permission (no signs stating you need to do so,so my child almost had an accident thinking someone was in the restroom) and it took forever to get an employee's attention. Watched an employee take a tip from someone and passed it out between the workers, handing the dirty cash to the guy handling the food. He handled the cash, shoved it in his pocket then went right back to handling the food.

Never have a bad experience at this Dunkin. My coffee is always made to perfection, and the service and staff are always very nice.

It’s 37° out so you want some hot coffee instead of going to Starbucks go to Dunkin’ today and guess what we don’t have lids for the hot coffee then they’re always out of green tea for the refresher like who is the manager here and why cant we never get this ordering done correctly? This is so bad customer service, so we have Dunkin which is a coffee spot but we can’t order hot coffee because we don’t have lids now if I recall that manager of that store should drive to another Dunkin to borrow some lids until they get their order in and then replace what they borrowed
