Don’t use your debit card or watch your transactions at this location. They will overcharge you. Supervisor will not call you if you try to get your money back. The girls are very courteous but their debit machine will double charge you.

I placed an order online with specific donuts chosen and they only gave me some right and the rest were random, they didn’t let me know or ask me. This is the second time.

Been coming here for the past 4 years and never encountered an issue. Coffee is always fresh and stirred unlike many locations. Staff is also very friendly and patient. This is the best location in Chicago
