Verry rude manager! Drinks were good but very bad service.
I stood at the register ready to order for a full minute without even being acknowledged by the two employees working the counter because they were in the middle of a conversation. Ended up just walking off
So they're open but have no food! Just why? Were they not expecting people at an airport? Plan better or just close
They didn't give us our donut and then called my husband a liar when we asked for it. They refused to take the bag back to see that the donut wasn't in there. The guy literally called him a liar over a donut.
I usually don’t review many places, but this was so terrible they left me no choice. $14 and some change for 6 hash browns nuggets, a stale croissant sandwich, a stale donut and some milk. I should have took photos but I was so disgusted I threw most of the sandwich away. The donut was dry and mediocre. It had probably been sitting out since yesterday. The service was courteous and fast. I will give them that. But the actually food left much to be desired. I would avoid this place at all cost.
Indian lady refused to acknowledge my wife's existence she was talking to her about what she wanted in her coffee and she totally ignored her and would only talk to me a male. She was very gruff and rude. I get it's an airport and they are busy but her attitude was unacceptable.
I recently visited the Dunkin' store at Chicago Airport and had a mixed experience. While the coffee was good, I was disappointed with the staff's behavior. Some employees were talking rudely to customers, discussing them in their mother tongue, assuming others wouldn't understand. Additionally, the food preparation seemed rushed and not up to par. Improved customer service and attention to food quality would greatly enhance the overall experience.
