The management at this Dunkin location is exceptional! Always friendly, quick, and just right! Missing these folks!
Every morning, I visit this Dunkin' location for an ice coffee. The manager, an older lady wearing a brown cream-colored sweater, consistently comments on the amount of milk in my coffee. To clarify, where can I find the specified measurement or quantity of milk to be added to my coffee? As a paying customer, I expect to receive my beverage according to my preferences, and I am willing to pay extra as I do . If I want to buy just a cup of milk I should be able to so why is it an issue with my coffee everyday she work. 5 yrs I been coming there haven’t had a issue until she came. She pay attention to everyone coffee being made like she the coffee police
The person who took my order was very nice and polite. What I didn't like it was that when I asked her for a cup of water, she wanted to charge me 25 cents. I knew she was following the owner rules. Taking too much advantage!!!
this morning, i placed in order on my mobile app, at about 802am. i arrived around 804am to pick up hash browns and a mango refresher. My hash browns were ready and free due to rewards but i was still waiting on my refresher. i waited for about 10 minutes until i asked if it was ready, the lady told me that i had to go on my mobile appt and refund my order since they did not have any refreshers. I then asked if i was able to get a strawberry one since i saw one right infront of me for another person, and she said rudely that there was no refreshers at all. i understand they are busy and i am not a mean or loud person, but after i proceeded to ask if i was able to get something else for the price of what i paid for, i was ignored. I was very upset because that's not how you treat a customer and i understand everyone goes through things but thats no excuse. i really wished this never happened.
