Night worker is terrible and I never understand what she saying then she gets mad. Idky she kept asking for cash after taking my card

Serviced by Reena and Carmen today. I don’t know for sure which one of them took our order when we went to the drive through, but whoever it may have been was extremely rude to the point I second guessed purchasing anything from this location. Once I asked for their names, their demeanors changed very quickly. Although my order was correct, I will not be coming back here again.

Very mean staff. Especially, the youngest woman. If they don't want to serve you they lie and say that their machines are broken. They allow drug addicts to hang out in their drive thru and beg their customers for money. Very unsafe!

Ordered a chorizo and egg and it was literally still frozen in the middle!

I see the lady who takes orders on her cell phone through the window, and it's no wonder my coffee hurts because she's not paying attention to her work.
