Dunkin'

They close early. I order coffee on my app and have lost money. The people there are very rude. One girl is exceptional. Talked to Adrian the district manager. Need help there. Set the hours and stay open. Unless the weather is bad. It must change

I'm a huge dunkin' fan and went out of my way when visiting the zoo for a coffee and donuts for the kids, although the coffee was still good they wrapped the donuts so tight when they put them into the bag unknowingly so when they went to eat them all the frosting stuck to the paper leaving none on the donuts service was not like any other establishment I have visited in the past and there has been a lot, this little corner shop is a disgrace to the dunkin' name

The staff here is exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was national coffee day and I downloaded the dd app before I walked in. They assisted with my order, as they were super busy. Nice atmosphere.

Not sure how you can screw up virtually every single visit...maybe lay off employing the stoners. Whoever manages this place sucks royally. I've lost out on so much money doing mobile orders because they can't even turn on an oven before it's time to open the store. I swear they pride themselves on making people walk out. This store used to be my neighborhood store but now my community is utterly disappointed every morning. It's sad to see. Heck you might get even get food poisoning from this place like I did once after they cycled through a new set of employees. Just make sure the food is cooked properly! The woman who managed this place before was a saint compared to these morons. Her and her team worked pretty fluidly most days. Dang, I miss her. Never going here again. They should just close, due to lack of respect for those who allow business to flow so they even have a job. Was a loyal customer for years! Now walking into this place has always got to be some sort of crisis. I'm not trying to get involved in your piss poor life, just provide me the service and let me move on with my day. Zero stars if I could. Don't even want my money back. Goodbye! I know about twenty people who stopped going here. Luckily there are plenty more options in the neighborhood.

Just ridiculous you can’t even ask them a question due to the locked doors, at least put a sign up. The guy that works there with the dreads sits there and look at you crazy. Even if he’s on break he could’ve at least said we’re not open for the moment or have visible sign. He just sat and stared at me while he’s on his phone!! Wish I can give NO stars on this post

Got here at 7:30 am and found a distraught employee outside saying that the manager and other coworker didn’t show up . So naturally he couldn’t open the store by himself . This DD should treat their employees better , I’m a loyal customer and to see this ALMOST makes me want to switch to Starbucks

It’s written they close at 2:30 on Sunday, I came here at 1:40 and it’s closed . Spent time of my lunch coming here and going back
